Digital Invite is a product of Shyara Tech Solution (OPC) Private Limited("we", "us", "our"). We provide digital wedding invitation web pages, RSVP collection, and related host tools at https://digitalinvite.in.

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse Digital Invite, create an account, sign in with Google, buy an invitation, edit your invite, or when guests open a published invitation and submit an RSVP.

By using Digital Invite, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

Digital Invite offers Sign in with Google so you can create or access your account without setting a password first.

When you choose Continue with Google, we request only these Google OAuth scopes: openid, email, and profile.

From Google, we receive and store:

• Your Google account email address
• Whether Google has verified that email
• Your name as shown on your Google account (if provided)
• A unique Google user ID (subject), used only to recognise you on later sign-ins

We do not receive your Google password. We do not ask Google for Gmail content, contacts, Drive files, Calendar, or other Google product data.

We use Google account data only to authenticate you, create or link your Digital Invite account, keep your session secure, and contact you about your account or purchases. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow human reading of Google user data except where needed for security, abuse investigation, or legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.

Digital Invite's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google from your Digital Invite account in Settings → Privacy, after you set a password (so you still have a way to sign in). You can also revoke Digital Invite's access in your Google Account permissions.

Account information. Email, name, password hash (if you set a password), Google subject ID (if you use Google Sign-In), email verification status, and session or device security data (such as IP address and user agent) used to protect your account.

Invitation content you upload or type. Event details, text, photos, videos, RSVP questions, share settings, and optional custom domain settings for your invitation.

Guest RSVP responses. Answers guests submit on a published invitation. RSVP on the public page is anonymous to the host tools we provide. We do not run a guest login or per-guest Google Sign-In on invitation pages.

Payment information. When you buy, payment is processed by Razorpay. We store order and invoice records needed for billing, tax invoices, and support. We do not store full card or UPI secrets on our servers.

Support messages. Emails or messages you send to support@shyara.co.in.

Technical logs. Basic server and security logs (for example request timing, error codes, and IP used for rate limits and fraud prevention).

We do not sell your personal information.

We use trusted processors only as needed to run the service. They must protect the data and use it only for the work we ask them to do.

• Resend – transactional email delivery
• Cloudflare – CDN, DNS, images, and object storage where configured
• Hosting providers – application and database hosting for Digital Invite

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We use essential cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions and security (for example refresh-session cookies and OAuth state during Google Sign-In). These are required for the product to work. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on Digital Invite.

We keep account and invitation data while your account is active and as needed for billing, tax, security, and legal obligations. You can request export or account closure from Settings → Privacy, or by emailing support@shyara.co.in.

If you are in India, you may also have rights under applicable Indian data protection law. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Digital Invite is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact support@shyara.co.in and we will take appropriate steps.

We use industry-standard safeguards such as HTTPS, hashed passwords, access controls, and session security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please keep your devices and passwords safe.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of Digital Invite after an update means you accept the revised policy.
