2. How to submit a complaint
Email invites@shyara.co.in from the email on your Digital Invite account (or the email you used to buy or contact us). Use the subject line Grievance - Digital Invite and include:
- Your name and account email
- Order or invoice number, if the complaint is about a purchase
- A clear description of the issue and what outcome you want
- Any screenshots or reference dates that help us understand the problem
For general product help that is not a formal grievance, you may also write to support@shyara.co.in.
3. Complaint tracking
We acknowledge every grievance by email. You will receive a complaint reference number that you can quote in follow-up messages. We use that reference to track status internally.
We do not operate a separate complaint portal. All updates are sent to the email address you used when you raised the grievance.
4. Redressal and timelines
We review complaints in good faith and aim to resolve them within the period required under applicable consumer protection and e-commerce rules in India. Complex issues may need more time; if so, we will tell you why and what we are doing next.
Where your complaint relates to a service defect, we may first try to diagnose, correct, restore, or recreate your invitation before considering a refund. Refund rules are in our Refund Policy.
5. Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, reply to the same thread with your complaint reference and ask for escalation. We will review again at a senior level.
Nothing in this page limits your rights to seek remedies available under applicable Indian law, including consumer protection avenues outside Digital Invite.
